Elwood Meritel was a cowardly being who the player meets during the first quest offered by the exile contact, Mandarin. He can be found in Taylot Yamin's apartment hiding in a room from the attacking Simulacra. he refused to come out unless all of the Simulacra are gone from the apartment.
