After a Zion operative presented him with substantial evidence of crewmates' intent to harm or kill him in retaliation for failing to complete key objectives, he was convinced to reinsert himself into the Matrix.
His current status is unknown, and, since his disappearance, it was revealed that the concept of reinsertion was a myth.
